Our story
LionBridge Consulting was founded by Asad Rehman and Tobi Taiwo after years delivering complex change across demanding UK public-sector organisations, including Surrey and Sussex Police, Thames Valley Police and Counter Terrorism Policing South-East.
Their work has covered digital interview recording, digital forensics transformation, professional standards modernisation, strategic business improvement and data migration. Across each programme, the common challenge was the same: connect strategic intent to operational reality.
Today, LionBridge brings that blend of strategic thinking, business analysis, process improvement and digital innovation to organisations navigating change with confidence.
